About The English summer course experience:

1. What kind of activities and things have you done and learnt in classes? (60 words)

I learned many thing in the summer course, among the most important are the talk, with my classmate practiced enough talk in english and the results are very good, another thing that learned in this summer course is the grammar, i remember that we practiced the connectors and the diferents verbal times. the most important was that the teacher is very entertaining and the classes were funny.      

2. What aspects of the English language do you still have to improve? How do you plan to do it?

I think that i have to practice the listening and writing, for me english every time is difficult because i don't have with who practice, in my house nobody talk english and my friends neither practice this language. My plans for improve this things are to watch movies in english with subtitles in english and listen to rock music in english with the lyric of song and practice my pronunciation.   

About your well deserved summer holidays:

1. What are you going to do in February? Tell me about your plans for your summer vacations.

(60 words)

My plans for this summer is to go with my family to the beach, we going to travel at 11 of February and we will be for a one week. Also i want to play basketball and football that improve my physical condition. The month of February is very short and the days pass very fast, i will probably sleep until very late and i will play my favourites video games with my cousin. 

AN ARTIST THAT YOU ADMIRE (PAINTER, MUSICIAN, SCULPTOR, ETC...)

Hello guys, today im going to talk about my favourite artist, Pablo Picasso.

Picasso was a Spanish painter and sculptor and is my favourite artist because he was the forefather of the cubism move.

Pablo Picasso was born in Malaga in 1881 and he died in Moulins, France, in 1973.

In his artist career he had fourth periods, characterize for the way how he painted. The first period was called "blue period", because the color more used in his works was the blues, the second period was called "rose period", in this time Piccaso painted scenes of clowns and circuses, the third period was called "surrealist period" because he painted monster and mythological scenes, and the last period was called "expressionist period", in this time he painted my favourite work called Guernica. 

Guernica was painted during the civil war in Spain, this artist expressed the terror inflicted on civilians during the bombing german air against the people of Guernica. I like the form in that deform the human body, and the movement that have this picture.

Other work that i like is The weeping woman because this picture continues the topic about the civil war in Spain, the colors are varied and the form as he deformed the face of woman it deliver greatest shock.  

Piccaso was a great plastic artist, his work are very famous, for all this is my favourite artist.  

   

Post 6 : Have you ever...?

 Have you ever been on TV?

Yes I have. I was on tv when i was 15 years old. I went to a program called "quien merece ser millonario", i was to invited for Mariana Aylwin, she was principal of my school. I remember that I haven´t won, because Mariana Aylwin haven't gone the first stage.

Have you ever ridden a horse?

Yes I have. I rode a horse when i was 16 years old, the horse was big and was pregnant, for this the saddle was loose. When I run over on the horse the saddle was let loose and i fallen down in the road, this was very funny but dangerous, i didn't get hurt.  

Have you ever slept in a tent?

Yes I have. I slept in a tent in the school outing. In 2008, with my classmates and my teacher of telecomunications travelled to Pucon, we camped for five days. I remember that in the nigth been very cold but this not impeded our fun.  

Have you ever swum in the ocean?   

Yes I have. I swum in the ocean all the years because with my family travelled, in the holidays, to the beach "las cruces". "Las cruces" is a tranquil place, but the earthquake to 2011 destroyed all the beach, today the beach in which i swam is empty. 

Post 5 > 2 Film Directors

Peter Robert Jackson is a New Zealand film director, he was born in Pukerua Bay, in 1961. He is famous especially for direct and produce the lord of the ring trilogy, this is my favorite trilogy films, just like its prequel, The Hobbit trilogy. Jackson as been three Academy Award (the Oscar) including the award for Best Director in 2003 and one Golden Globe among other prize. In 2013 he was proclaim member of the prestigious Order of New Zealand.  

Christopher Nolan is a famous British film director, screenwriter and producer. He was born in London, in 1970. Between his most famous films are Following, this film was the first like director in 1998, Memento in 2000 and the trilogy of the american superhero Batman, this films are my favorite above all The Dark Knight. 

I am not fan of the films but this before named are my favorite.

What is your opinion about abstract art?

I like abstract art but not all the works, some works are very difficult of analyze and understand. In the kind of abstract art i like the op art because the works trick the eyes, and the artist use many colors in their works.

What is your opinion about the Chilean politicians?

I thing about the Chilean politicians that are very bad, in the last time the politicians are worried about your image instead of the politics public, today the politics is show business. 

What is your opinion about Hollywood movies?

I love some Hollywood movies but not all, for example the action movies i don't like a lot but the epic movies i love, for example The lord of the ring or The Hobbit.

What is your opinion about recycling?

I thing about recycling that is very important for the survival, today we are accumulate many garbage and the natural resources are limited, the world is in danger.

What is your opinion about “barras bravas”?

In Chile the "barras bravas" are very dangerous, in yours begins this was a group organized important into the country, but now with the violence and drug addiction are group very dangerous. Not all the fans are criminals, this are very little.    

   

Post 3 > 2014

1. What's your general evaluation?

For my, the year 2014 was bad, in spite of many thing good. In September of 2014 my girlfriend was gone to Coyahique, today she live there. Her leaving was very difficult for my, she is all for my life. The distance between she and i is complicating the relationship, we talk little time because she is working and haven't time. 

2. What about work or studies?

At work, I many sold in 2014, my stand in the market is more every time renowned and through this i knew many friends. 
2014 was my 4th year, i am study visual art in U de Chile. With my classmate of studio worked hard, because 2014 was our last year together, i learned many things but the most important was work in team.

     
3. What was the best of 2014?

The only good in 2014 was that Colo-Colo won the championship title number 30 of its history, with my family celebrated this event with many elation. I remember moments glorious of the season 2014, the most important was the victory over u de chile with an own goal of player Cereceda.

4. What was the worst? (something to improve or forget)

The most terrible of 2014 was the trip of my girlfriend, besides my cat died. Unfortunately the last year i will remember for these moments.

A country I would like to visit

Hi everybody, Today i am going to talk about a country I would like to visit.

I would like to visit Coyhaique, this place is situated in the south of Chile and It characterize for its abundant flora and fauna. Coyhaique's climate is cold and rain during all the year. In the summer of 2011 I traveled whit my girlfriend to Coyhaique, this trip was the most amazing of my life. I remember the Simpsons river, It is gigantic, it is a large river, it is surrounded for a forest leafy and its waters are transparent.
The typical food, in Coyhaique, is the "cordero al palo" (roast lamp), it is delicious accompanied by cooked potatoes.
My girlfriend is living in Coyhaique, and i would like to visit her, I miss her.
Some day I going to travel to Coyhaique and i will probably eat a "cordero al palo".
